Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and assist them with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell station, including the storage of luggage and other items.

  • Receive and deliver merchandise and packages to guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Ensure the bell station and surrounding areas are well-maintained and presented in a clean and welcoming manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Physical stamina to lift and move luggage and other items, as required.
