Key Responsibilities:

Lead an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on time
Develop and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
Foster strong communication skills, both written and verbal, from High Level Meetings down to the Shop Floor
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Engineering

Requirements:

Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum of years of related experience
Previous experience in Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant or Project team
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projects
