Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a problems and solutions log and improve technical support processes.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality technical support services.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, operating systems, and software to meet user needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in technical support is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
