Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Pastry Culture INC.

Job Summary:

The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading our pastry team in creating high-quality desserts and pastries for our customers. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong passion for pastry arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and cooks to ensure high-quality desserts and pastries are produced.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Supervise and train staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of desserts and pastries.
  • Ensure all pastry products meet quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pastry arts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a pastry chef or in a related role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pastry arts and dessert preparation.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
