Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Pastry Culture INC.

Job Summary:

The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading our pastry team in creating high-quality desserts and pastries for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for baking and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure high-quality products are produced on a daily basis.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious desserts and pastries.
  • Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a pastry kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and managing inventory.
  • Strong knowledge of baking and pastry arts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced pastry kitchen. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in their work.
