At goeasy Ltd., we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Payment Servicing Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

About the Role

We offer an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating cheque batches and following up from the AP department and branches, tracking and managing outgoing and returned cheques, and handling employee credit optimizer enrollment process and customer related enrollments. You will also be working closely with our retail network to provide excellent customer service and support.

Working Conditions

The operating hours for this role are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in the office. These hours may be subject to change based on business requirements. We offer a state-of-the-art office space with free parking, a gym, and games room.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
