Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Transactions Clerk to join our team at Toronto Appliance Service Ltd. on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, accurately recording and reconciling transactions.
  • Post journal entries, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
  • Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skill in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
