About the Role

As a key member of our brokerage services team, you will be responsible for partnering with our brokers to provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of properties across various clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic real estate goals and assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities and milestones.
  2. Work closely with the brokerage team to recommend, develop, and implement transaction strategies, including lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of space.
  3. Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing through closing with senior broker.
  4. Conduct and manage searches of available space for clients across various markets by leading inquiries with leasing teams to confirm available space, lease rate, size, floorplans, term, and other information for client requirements and timeline.
  5. Work closely with Client Services Coordinators to provide information for market surveys, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses, etc.
  6. Prepare market comparable reports, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, etc.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders, including local market brokers, leasing teams, to ensure timely transaction completion.
  8. Understand how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis to enable clients to make informed decisions.
  9. Monitor and maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
  10. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.
  11. Provide oversight of multiple accounts.
  12. Other reasonable duties may be added as required.

Requirements

  1. College degree.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  3. Real Estate broker license.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  7. Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
  8. Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients.
  9. Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  10. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
