Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales targets.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, where no two days are ever the same.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet performance expectations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
