Regional Manager Opportunity

ONE Properties Limited Partnership is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee the performance of our properties in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans for each property, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Prepare and submit annual operating budgets and long-range capital budgets for approval.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating statements to optimize revenue and expense management.
  • Oversee major property contracts, including procurement and project management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and monitor vacancy and traffic reports.
  • Manage and mitigate risk, including incident reporting and claims management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Property Managers and Property Administrators.
  • Develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with team members, senior management, contractors, residents, and the public.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management, with management-level experience preferred.
  • High school diploma supplemented with related post-secondary education, hospitality, and/or customer service education preferred.
  • CPM and/or ARM designations or working towards them preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management/accounting programs, with Yardi experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
