Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects and service offerings across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project construction execution plans to ensure timely and profitable delivery of projects.
  • Manage project safety, quality, cost, and schedule to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and business development to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company financial policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
