We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Agilus Work Solutions. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee records, recruitment efforts, and health & safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits accurately and efficiently.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  3. Utilize HR software for data collection, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
  4. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  5. Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  6. Conduct workplace walkthroughs and health and safety inspections to engage with employees and promote a safe environment.
  7. Lead joint health and safety meetings and evaluate monthly reports from the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).
  8. Work on various special projects assigned by the management team.
