Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Sherwood Electromotion Inc.

About the Role:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, testing, and placement of top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and qualifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute daily recruiting activities, such as phone screening and in-person interviews, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with HRIS teams to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Coach managers on attracting highly qualified talent and provide guidance on interview techniques.
  • Assist with employee communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and provide support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Organize company events and activities to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
