Human Resources Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, managing benefits and open enrollment programs, and supporting updates to internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Manage benefits and open enrollment programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support updates to internal policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS and ATS systems to streamline recruitment and employee management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workplace policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
