About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position, with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

Job Summary

The Culinary Team Lead will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements

To be successful as a Culinary Team Lead, you must have:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment withstanding physically demanding conditions, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including dental, health care, and vision care plans.
