About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Home Hardware Building Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on merchandise to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on various products, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs.
  • Advertise and promote products, services, and promotions through visual displays and signage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an asset, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license is essential for occasional travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
