Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Foods Distribution. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
