Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Denny's. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily operations to ensure the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
