Operations Support Supervisor RoleThe Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met. The Supervisor will coordinate logistics and streamline workflows to align with the organization's strategic objectives and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee delegation of warehouse operational duties, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities utilizing ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze KPI performance across various operational areas as delegated by Warehouse Management.
- Prepare regular KPI Performance reports highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data insights to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Provide support to employees regarding concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Supervise the completion of warehouse documentation and administrative duties to ensure effective and accurate record-keeping.
- Identify operational challenges and provide potential solutions to meet shift performance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and training to uphold safety standards and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An asset.
- Knowledge of ERP software and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Solid analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement.
- Use of computer and desk.
- This position is onsite 5 days as per company policy.
