Salary & Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on location and experience.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive net retention revenue, including expansion and building customer relationships. You will become a true partner and advocate for your customers within SysAid, leveraging your skills to drive urgency, identify growth opportunities, and create value through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor and partnership manager for mid-market customers, serving as their focal point
  • Manage the renewal cycle and contract processing to ensure seamless service continuity
  • Regularly meet with customers to maximize product utilization and identify new growth opportunities
  • Conduct account health checks and analysis to assess risk potential and develop targeted strategies
  • Create value for customers by building strategic partnerships and identifying success criteria
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Executive roles handling enterprise-sized accounts in the Saas AI industry
  • Bachelor Degree and exceptional communication and discovery skills
  • Experience managing a million-dollar book of business with a record of successful forecasting and quota attainment
