Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canada Starlight Education Group Corporation. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with a Work Language of English.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
