Job Title: Project Coordinator Internship - 8-12 months

We are seeking an intern to support our Project Management Office in coordinating transversal internal and external reports, analyzing data to inform project decisions, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. They will also have a good understanding of railway products and systems, as well as experience working with standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a global organization. You will work closely with our senior management team to contribute to the success of our projects and develop your skills in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating the preparation of regular reports and presentations
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
  • Supporting senior management in managing project information and resources
  • Preparing meeting minutes and presentation materials
  • Applying analytical skills to compile summary documents and reports

Educational Requirements:

A university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent commercial background is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
