Project Coordinator Job Description

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the Go Expansion Senior Management at Turnkey level on the activities related to Project Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting internal and external KPIs, coordinating transversal internal and external reports, and overseeing needs for production on plans and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting internal and external KPIs to ensure project progress and performance.
  • Coordinating transversal internal and external reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Overseeing needs for production on plans and procedures to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Coordinating meetings and diaries and project governance issues across subsytems, partners, and customer.
  • Developing and maintaining details project schedule of regular reportings, following Alstom rules for internal reports and customer requirements for external reports.
  • Supporting Senior Management in managing key information to ensure project success.
  • Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes and presentations to facilitate communication and decision-making.
  • Following up tasks and keeping their due dates to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Applying analytical skills to compile summary documents, e.g., Monthly Progress Report, Management Plans, Project Delivery Reviews.
Requirements
  • University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent commercial background.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of railway products and systems.
  • Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
  • Team spirit approach.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Communication abilities to obtain collaboration from the matrix organisation involved in the project.
  • Excellence in organisational and time management skills.
  • Be a good listener.
  • Anticipation, clear reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in all standard office tools (xls, word, mpp, ppt, outlook,....), Power BI, Visio, Macro programming language, Project Management Softwares.
