Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Student Corporations Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols and procedures
    • Identify and report any security or safety risks or concerns
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week
