Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Procedure Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Administrative Officer will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
