Business Development Director

Dimonoff, a pioneering company transforming the world into a more connected, intelligent, sustainable, and secure place, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development for IoT-Software to join our Amotus division.
We are a leading provider of IoT engineering solutions, offering a range of services from electronic design to software development, as well as a customizable Platform as a Service (PaaS): Fundamentum. This cutting-edge platform enables remote control, update, and monitoring of connected devices, turning technological visions into reality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all sales activities within the territory, including customer presentations and other sales-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships at various customer levels.
- Collaborate with management to develop the commercial strategy for sales projects and company positioning.
- Coordinate with internal sales to prepare preliminary and final bids, as well as specific projects, to promote the sale of Amotus solutions.
- Update the sales database and prepare forecasts, while monitoring projects and key accounts.
- Identify business opportunities for Amotus by monitoring market technology.
- Perfect comprehension and communication skills in English, as you will be in direct contact with American and international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in technology and business development.
- Able to travel occasionally for business events and business trips.
- Fully remote work possible.
- Flexible schedule + Friday afternoon off.
- 100% flexible work mode (hybrid, telecommuting, face-to-face).
