Business Development Director for Direct-to-Equipment Fuel Sales

EightSix Network, a renowned leader in mobile refueling services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive sales functions and operations within their region.

As a seasoned professional with three to five years of direct work experience in senior sales management capacity, you will be responsible for devising and deploying all sales goals and objectives across your region. This includes preparing sales quotas and budgets, integrating and aligning sales strategies with available talent, processes, IT systems, and other areas to increase sales force capabilities and success.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sales plans, policies, and programs for all Fuel Consultants and Account Managers. You will also manage the activities and performance of all Fuel Consultants & Account Managers, ensuring they meet predetermined profit yields.

To succeed in this role, you must have an excellent understanding and proven ability for brand building and articulation of value propositions. A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills, is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent teamwork and team building skills, as well as the ability to maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional factors.
