Plastics Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Machine Operator to join our team at Top Quality Plastics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various plastic processing machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain plastic processing machines, including extruders, injection molders, and other equipment
- Monitor and control the quality of plastic products, ensuring they meet our high standards
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment
- Assist in the setup and operation of new equipment and processes
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
The successful candidate will work in a hot and noisy environment, with regular exposure to chemicals and plastics. The ability to distinguish between colors and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
