Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of plastic products at Uniram Plastics. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising production teams and coordinating work activities to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Set up machines and equipment, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
Work Environment

Uniram Plastics offers a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. Free parking is available on site. The work language is English.
