Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Plastics Fabricators Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in an urban area with plastic products manufacturers. You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, including plastics processing machine operators.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
