Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Plastics Fabricators Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
Work Environment

As a Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced urban area with a team of 3-4 plastics processing machine operators. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
