Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Plastics Fabricators Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure efficient operations.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
Work Environment

Our manufacturing facility is located in an urban area and is part of a plastic products manufacturer. As a Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people, including plastics processing machine operators.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
