Job Title: Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Uniram Plastics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastic products manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Units: Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports.
  • Improve Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train Staff: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, reliability.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
