Insurance Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products.
- Seize sales opportunities, solicit product offers, and work with agents to meet office sales goals.
- Develop leads via telephone and in-person interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to present to clients over the phone and in person.
- OTL or RIBO license and ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 6 months of hire.
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
