Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust and promote the sale of insurance products.
- Seize sales opportunities and solicit product offers to meet office sales goals.
- Develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions.
- Work collaboratively with agents to achieve sales targets.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- OTL or RIBO license and ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 6 months of hire.
$50,000 - $70,000 per year.
