We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team at John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating Insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and possessing knowledge of Insurance products and how they help people manage their risks.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Insurance products and services offered by Desjardins, including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
- Sales and Business Development: Meet sales targets and grow existing business through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- OTL and/or LLQP License: Possess a valid OTL and/or LLQP license, or be willing to obtain one.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the Insurance industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
