Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating Insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and possessing knowledge of Insurance products and how they help people manage their risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.

Requirements

  • OTL and/or LLQP License preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Starting salary of $44,000 per year, adjusted with experience, with a generous commission package. First year employees should reach if not exceed $25,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
