Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team at John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and possessing knowledge of insurance products and how they help people manage their risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
- OTL and/or LLQP License preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Diligent and hardworking.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.

We are committed to providing a challenging and rewarding environment with competitive compensation. Starting salary of $44,000 per year, adjusted with experience, with a generous commission package. First-year employees should reach if not exceed $25,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
