Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and writing technical documents for various projects, from multi-residential to institutional buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all phases of projects, including design, construction, and completion
- Produce and review technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct site surveys and research documentation related to existing buildings
- Ensure projects adhere to contract documents and building codes
- Coordinate with various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and structural teams
- College diploma in architecture technology
- Proficiency in Revit and strong technical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and French language skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
