About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team at Gradient Wind Engineering Inc. as a Technical Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical proposals and documents that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and Writing Technical Documents
    • Develop and write technical proposals, user guides, and other documents to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents.
  • Proposal Development
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor information, and customer needs to develop compelling proposal content.
    • Work with subject matter experts to develop and refine proposal content, ensuring it meets the company's standards and requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, technical writing, or communications.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, proposal development, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical information into clear and concise language.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
