RHEA Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of software and electronic, mechanical, and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex material to develop clear and concise documentation, including user guides, manuals, and other technical documents.
- Conduct research to establish factual content and gather necessary information to support documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business requirements and is aligned with company goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
