Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing solutions.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
- Log Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- System Administration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, ensuring they meet the needs of our users.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems and networks.
- Skills: Proficiency in ITIL, Jira, Shell script, Linux, Unix, and other relevant technologies.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and colleagues.
