About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Analyst to join our team at Farm Credit Canada. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing business services to our offices across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute facilities-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage budgets, as well as create reports to track project progress.
  • Conduct ongoing research into various contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Lead in procuring and maintaining service contracts, collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Respond to daily service requests, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in administration or facilities management, with at least two years of related experience.
  • Practical knowledge of facilities principles, budgeting, forecasting, and project management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
