We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Saskatchewan Service team. If you are a committed and collaborative professional looking to contribute to a hard-working, innovative team, this opportunity is for you.

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for completing regularly scheduled preventative building maintenance tasks in a timely manner, ensuring that various buildings operate safely and efficiently. You will inspect work and services provided by any subcontractors or service providers. Additionally, you must comply with Black & McDonald codes of conduct, health, safety and environmental policies and safe work practices along with any customer specific protocol.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing a rotation of HVAC maintenance and logging readings
  • Filter changing, belt changing, and coil cleaning
  • Completing daily regular duties, equipment adjustments, inspections, and cleaning
  • Other tasks as agreed upon by the client and Black & McDonald

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a technical occupation related to HVAC services and equipment
  • Building Automation Controls experience considered an asset but not required
  • 5th Class Power Engineer including Fireman's Certificate considered an asset but not required

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
