Brandt is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our growing portfolio in Regina, SK. As a key member of the Property Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

This role is responsible for dispatching building operations staff and third-party vendors to conduct quality repairs, maintenance, and installations. You will also be responsible for customer follow-up, responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling work with building maintenance vendors and personnel
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, and contacting vendors as needed
  • Completing accurate and timely data entry, ensuring quality controls are maintained at Brandt's standards
  • Developing problem-solving and project management skills, maintaining confidentiality, and utilizing active listening skills to assess urgency and respond professionally
  • Identifying deficiencies related to Brandt standards and working to resolve them in collaboration with corporate branding, colleagues, tenants, and management
  • Managing general requests for information, understanding property history, and developing expertise in databases and physical records
  • Overseeing and managing workflow, database software to dispatch and report on facility maintenance services to properties across Canada
  • Ensuring all decision-making follows standard operating procedures and business processes
  • Understanding and advocating for a safe working environment

Required skills include:

  • Excellent interpersonal communications and interpretive skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to cope with changing client needs and deliver successful results within time frames
  • Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence using strong business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set clear objectives and deliverables, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to achieve high output while working toward deadlines and under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is considered an asset
  • Minimum of high school diploma required, with preference given to those who have successfully completed a post-secondary administrative or office education program
  • 3-5 years' experience in a field related to real estate, property management/maintenance, or dispatching
