FUTURE GEN COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to promote sales to existing clients and assess their needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the telecommunications equipment and services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service related problems
