Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Digital Magic Touch. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Prepare sales or other contracts, identify and solicit potential clients, and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, deliver sales presentations, and conduct sales transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs, and resolve product and service related problems.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, and provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Presentation software, spreadsheet, and database management
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
