Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for advancing business development opportunities and expanding our services in the lower mainland of British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and training sessions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our team of consulting engineers and technical specialists to provide innovative HVAC solutions to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or University degree in engineering, architecture, building science, or HVAC trades.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HVAC products, systems, and applications.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
  • Certifications such as BCIN, HRAI HVAC design certifications, LEED, CEA, CRE, CEM, CET, CMVP, or P. Eng.
