Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our tour guides, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our guests.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our tours run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our tour guides to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and ensure that their experience with us is exceptional.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on tour performance and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and a team player
