About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless branch operations and effective communication with customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience metrics and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Provide guidance and training to customer service representatives on client segmentation, referrals, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures.
Requirements
  • College diploma and four to six years of experience in customer service management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in personnel management and coaching.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) title mandatory.
  • Experience in business development and customer service.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
